William "Bill" Carl Robinson, age 89, of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, passed away at his home surrounded by the love of his family on July 1, 2026.

Bill was born on May 19, 1937, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to John and Violet (Ingalls) Robinson.

Bill proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he worked as a truck driver for May Flower and later owned and operated a machine shop in Alamogordo, New Mexico. During his first marriage, he welcomed his daughter, JJ. He later moved to North Dakota to help a friend, where he drove truck hauling grain between Minneapolis and Duluth.

In 1981, Bill met the love of his life, Theresa Trzpuc. The couple was united in marriage on October 21, 1983, in Valley City, North Dakota. They later made their home in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, where they welcomed their son, Kyle, in 1985. After retiring that same year, Bill embraced his role as a stay-at-home father, a responsibility he treasured.

Bill had a lifelong passion for building motors and could often be found working in his garage. He also enjoyed hunting and spending time fishing. Above all else, he cherished his family. His greatest joy came from spending time with his children and grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of more than 42 years, Theresa Robinson; his daughter, JJ Zale of Alamogordo, New Mexico; his son, Kyle (Heather) Robinson of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota; five grandchildren; and his sister, June Carter of Bonne Terre, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Violet Robinson; one brother; and one sister.

Bill will be remembered for his strong work ethic, mechanical talents, quiet devotion to his family, and the love he shared with those fortunate enough to know him.
