Sharon Marie Knudson was born on June 29, 1956 in Wadena, Minnesota. Her parents are Ralph and the late Bernice (Grewe) Knudson. Sharon grew up in Wadena, graduating with an accounting degree from M-State in Wadena. Sharon worked a number of cooking and bartending jobs around the area, before discovering her passion for sales. From there on she maintained her business of selling horse tack and leather. Sales became a natural ability, as she was known as a talker.
Along with being a good talker and speaking her mind, she enjoyed auction sales, casino trips, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, her plants, and keeping up with her hummingbird feeders. Most of all, she enjoyed time with her kids and grandkids giving love, advice, and sharing lots of laughs and good times. Sharon took pride in her great cooking and canning skills. Kindhearted and full of wisdom she enjoyed giving advice and helping others before herself.
On November 28, 2019 Sharon passed away at 63 years of age. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Preceding Sharon in death was her mother, Bernice (Grewe) Knudson and daughter, Jennifer (Knudson) Davis.
Sharon is survived by her father, Ralph Knudson; sisters: Pam (Dave) Irlbeck; Carmen (Dale) Robinson; brother, Bart (Linda) Knudson; children: Candida (Jerome) Evans; Luke Knudson, Jake, Hattie and John Johnson; grandkids: Abbigail, Noah, Ethan, Colby, Kierstin, Colton, Chloe, Conor and Sophia; great-grandkids: Kyler and Karly; many other relatives and a host of friends.
