Ronnie Leo Pikkaraine, age 71, of Ottertail, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at his home.

Ronnie was born March 30, 1953, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Leo and Annie Pikkaraine. Ronnie graduated from Patrick Henry High School as part of the class of 1971. He worked for many years at Best in their warehouse before transitioning to the computer industry as a Network Specialist in the Minneapolis area and a Technical Support specialist for Microsoft in Fargo.   Ron then changed careers again in 2013 to be a receiving manager at Midwest Fixture Group in Ramsey, Minnesota. In 2019, Ronnie retired to a farm in the Ottertail area where he enjoyed country living.

Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, reading, writing, crosswords, and watching old movies. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his dog Pepper. Ronnie loved horses and raised them most of his life.

Deeply loved, Ronnie is survived by his family: Kevin Pikkaraine, Robbin Pikkaraine, Kristie Pikkaraine, Gary Pikkaraine and Cecilia Pikkaraine; eight nieces and nephews: Ashley Roberts, Jacob Pikkaraine, Jose and Crystal Pineda, Danny and Amanda Pikkaraine, Kaylee Roelike, Elijah Roberts, Prism Pineda, and Caleb Roberts; and his dog Pepper.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents Leo and Annie, and many other extended family members.
