Roger Snyder

Roger Joseph Snyder passed away peacefully at the St. Cloud Hospital on December 26,2021. Roger was born at Wadena County Hospital to Nicholas and Esther (Gedde) Snyder on January 14,1948. He was the oldest of 8 children.  He attended and graduated from Deer Creek Public School.  Roger held a lifelong career of truck driving. His first trucking jobs were with the Bluffton Creamery and Polman Trucking of Wadena Mn. He married Charice Snyder later in life.

Roger enjoyed 4 wheeling and spending time with his friends. His friends were constant companions to him and often drove him to his medical and other appointments. Roger was a kind, generous man who was loved by all who met him. He loved his nieces and nephews dearly.

Roger leaves behind his brothers Tom (DeAnna) Snyder, Vern (Marilyn) Snyder, sister Carol (Karl) Larson,  sisters-in law Barb Snyder, Jane Snyder and Florian Snyder. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ronald, Peter, Mark, Nick and his nephew Nick Jr.
