Obituary
Rebecca Lynn Allen-Louks was born on May 2, 1973 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, Kansas. Her parents are Arlene (Snodgrass) Allen and the late Dale Allen. Rebecca attended high school in Lawrence, Kansas. In 2005, she made her home in Sebeka, Minnesota. On April 1, 2016 Rebecca was united in marriage with Kevin Wayne Louks in Sebeka, Minnesota. Together they made their home in rural Sebeka.
On June 21, 2022 Rebecca passed away at Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota at 49 years of age. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Preceding Rebecca in death was her father, Dale Allen.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Kevin Louks of Sebeka; 2 sons: Beau Allen of Ottawa, Kansas and Raymond Loudon of Sebeka; 9 step-children; 2 grandchildren; Mother, Arlene; sisters: Kelly O’Brien of California and Heather Kessler of Baldwin City, Kansas; many other relatives and a host of friends.
