Patricia Janet Beldo, lovingly known as "Pat," was born on February 15, 1951, in Ottertail County, Minnesota, to Clayton and Susanna (Schmitz) Beldo.
Pat attended Sebeka High School, where she played the saxophone and graduated in 1969. She dedicated much of her career to serving her community through her work at Community Action Counsel and Seip Drug in New York Mills.
She had a deep love for gardening, tending both flowers and vegetables with care. Mushroom hunting, cooking, and baking brought her joy, as did watching Hallmark Christmas movies. Music was a constant presence in her life. She enjoyed attending concerts and sharing that passion with those around her. Pat also cherished trips to Mexico with her significant other, Dave Redetzke, and always looked forward to meals at the China Buffet.
Above all else, Pat adored her family. She was a devoted grandmother who never missed an event involving her granddaughters. Her love and support were unwavering, leaving lasting memories for those she held dear. She loved being “Gigi” to her sweet great-granddaughter Savannah.
Preceding Pat in death are her parents.
Pat is survived by her daughter: Lori Beldo; significant other: Dave Redetzke; granddaughters: Heather (Travis Hofland) Beldo; and Jennie (Lucio) Quiroz; great-granddaughter: Savannah Blundell; sisters: Nancy (Myron) Swanberg; and Carol (Greg) Peterson; brother: Chuck (Deb) Beldo; as well as many other relatives and a host of friends who will miss her dearly.
Pat’s warmth and kindness touched many lives. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
