Kristine Marolt

Kristine Lynn Pulju was born on March 2, 1959, to Ervin and Beverly (Wierima) Pulju, in Virginia, MN. Kristine grew up in Cherry, MN, graduating from Cherry High School, in 1977. After high school, Kristine started working at Virginia Regional Medical Center which later became Essentia Health. She worked in the human resource department for many years.
Kristine enjoyed socializing with her friends and family. She loved her grandchildren and the time she could spend with them. She liked to watch the Vikings and was a big fan. She also enjoyed her daytime soap operas and was proud of her Finnish heritage. She had a green thumb and spent lots of time working in her garden. When Kristine moved to River Pointe she made many friends. She would go with a group to the casino and play cards with her friends. She cared more about socializing and being with her friends than the actual games. She will be missed by her many friends and family.
Kristine is survived by her children, Danielle (Jared) Hansen and Matthew (Cherub Amundson-Clough) Marolt; grandchildren, Edith and Daniel Hansen; sister, Brenda (Bob) Clothier; and brother, Rob (Elizabeth Lester) Pulju; and numerous family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Beverly.
