Gail Sandra Rogers was born on October 31, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. Her family moved to New York Mills, Minnesota; where she graduated with the Class of 1966.
Gail resided in Minnesota, Arizona and Illinois throughout her life. She never met a stranger. She loved animals, was a fantastic cook and was very artistic. Gail could “sell ice to an Eskimo”.
