Evelyn Renae Smith

Evelyn Renae Smith, our precious daughter, was born weighing 5 pounds 2 ounces and measuring 18 inches long.  Though her time with us was far too short, the love she brought into our lives will last forever.  Evelyn touched our hearts deeply and will always be remembered as a beloved part of our family.

Evelyn is survived by her loving parents, Megan and Andrew, her big sister Olivia, her devoted grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who all carry her memory in their hearts. 

Though we never had the chance to watch her grow, Evelyn will forever be cherished, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
