Corrine Sandra Kalvik

Corrine Kalvik, age 79, of Henning, Minnesota passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023.

Corrine Sandra Haak was born August 26, 1943 to Reinhold and Loretta Haak in Fargo, North Dakota. She graduated from Leonard High School. Corrine had many jobs over her lifetime including an operator and a bartender. She enjoyed cleaning, games, playing on the computer, puzzles and she was a professional saver.

Corrine is survived by her life companion, Glenn Nyhus; her sisters: Bernadine Thomas and Lori Lingle; her children: Trevor (Beverly) Fuss and Cameron (Janet) Fuss; grandchildren: Addison Crocker, Sy Whitaker, Dominick Heidrich, Derrick Fuss and Oliver Fuss; and great-grandchild: Magnus Heidrich.

She is preceded in death by her parents Reinhold and Loretta; daughter DeMea Crocker and sister Bonnie Haak Peterson.

Per Corrine’s wishes, there will be no memorial service.   Instead, there will be a small informal Celebration of Life for her with family and close friends. Corrine’s Celebration of Life will be held Saturday April 29th 2023 from 2 to 4 pm at Faith Journey Lutheran Church, 127 2nd Ave E, West Fargo ND.   Please enter through the west doors and proceed downstairs to the east side of the Fellowship Hall.   The family also requests that no flowers or cards be sent.
