Betty Miller

Betty Jane (Neske) Miller was born on March 4, 1930 in Frazee, Minnesota. Her parents were the late Edward and Ella (Marquardt) Neske. She grew up on the family farm and attended school until the 8th grade. Betty attended beauty school and was self-employed as a beautician for many years. She resided in Perham, Minnesota.

On April 12, 1958 Betty was united in marriage to Arthur J. Miller. Their marriage was blessed with 3 children: Jennifer, David, and Dan. They continued to reside in Perham, Minnesota for 9 years, then moved to New York Mills, Minnesota. Art and Betty then moved to Wadena, Minnesota in 1994 and resided there until her death.

Betty was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed visiting with all those that she sewed for. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, and cooking.

On March 26, 2021 Betty passed away at the Tri-County Hospital Wadena, Minnesota at 91 years of age. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Preceding Betty in death were her parents, her husband Art, her daughter Jennifer, and her sister Virginia.

Betty is survived by her sons: David (Betty) Miller of Monticello and Dan (Amy) Miller of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren: Davin, Chelsey, and Jacob; many other relatives and a host of friends.
