Later Barb met William "Bill" Chapman and they were united in marriage on June 15, 1976 at Ft Snelling Chapel, St Paul. They made their life together in the cities until retiring in 1994 and moving home to Nimrod. In 2001 they moved to Florida for a few years before returning to build their home outside of Menahga.
Barb loved to travel, watch and feed the birds, have lunch with the ladies and visit with family and friends. Bard was always known for her bubbly witty personality and always looking classy. Barb is survived by family and friends near and far. She is proceeded in death by her loving husband and her parents.
