Michael Holm

Michael Alan Holm was born on August 23, 1961 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota to David and Joanne (Halverson) Holm.  Michael was baptized and confirmed at the Vining Lutheran Church and attended the Henning Public School.  Michael has resided in Clitherall where he enjoyed doing various jobs for family and friends.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, his dogs, watching Hogan’s Heroes, baseball & football.  He was especially proud of being sober.

Michael passed away peacefully at his home on August 24, 2019 in Clitherall, Minnesota at 58 years of age.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Preceding Michael in death were his parents, David and Joanne; grandparents: Palmer and Hilda Holm, William Halverson, Lorrine (Halverson) Chapman, Art Chapman and stepbrother Terry Eckman.

Michael is survived by his stepmother, Lurene Holm of Henning; siblings: William Holm of Fergus Falls; Richard Holm of Henning; Lori (Geoff) Smith of Henning; Brenda McDougall (Guy Packineau) of Grand Forks; Tracey Eckman of Monticello; Tammy (Tim) Lueders of Ottertail; & David Holm of Mankato; many other relatives and a host of friends.
