Loren "Butch" Lubitz

Loren Ruben Lubitz was born on February 2, 1943 to Ruben and Cecelia (Schave) Lubitz in Perham, Minnesota. He grew up on the family farm in Corliss, Minnesota.

Loren worked for S & S Construction in Fargo, North Dakota, Mark’s Sand and Gravel, and was employed in the road construction business in Oregon. He settled in Homestead Township, rural New York Mills, where he owned his own welding shop. Loren enjoyed welding and repairing machinery.

On Wednesday, August 22, 2019 Loren passed away at Tri-County Hospital in Wadena, MN. Preceding Loren in death are parents, Ruben and Cecelia Lubitz

He is survived by daughter Robin Lubitz of Bluffton; brother Randy Lubitz of New York Mills; many other relatives and friends.
