Joan "Joni" Scandin Obituary
Joan Diane Scandin was born on January 11, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota. She is preceded in death by her father Joseph Scandin, mother Lula Wagner, sisters Phyllis Anttila, Judith (Judy) Garrison, Darlene Wagner and Roberta (Bobbi) Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Candy Severson; grandsons: Timothy Parker Jr and Todd Parker; brothers: William (Bill) Wagner Jr; Daniel Wagner; C R Corky Scandinato; sisters: Carol Jo Donato; DeeDee Donato; along with many treasured nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was feisty and enjoyed many things, crocheting, bingo, traveling and entertaining for holidays but most of all loved her family and her beloved "late" Tessy.
Joni passed peacefully in her home December 30, 2018 and will be dearly missed by many.
