Daniel Hagen

Daniel Kyle Hagen was born on January 1, 1954 in Wadena, Minnesota.  His parents were the late Oliver and Ina (Curtis) Hagen.  Dan grew up in Henning, Minnesota.  He graduated with the Class of 1972 from Henning High School. 

On January 19, 1980 Dan was united in marriage to Patricia Joanne Shafer in Rapid City, South Dakota.  Their marriage was blessed with three children: Kristie, Andrew and Elizabeth.

Daniel has resided in Henning, Columbia Falls, MT, Rapid City, SD, Elk City, OK, Denver, CO and back to Henning.

Dan enjoyed horses, fishing, watching westerns, and was an avid Viking and Twins fan.

On June 20, 2019 Daniel passed away at his home at 65 years of age. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Preceding Dan in death were his parents; Oliver and Ina; and brother Randy Hagen.

Dan is survived by his loving wife, Patti Jo Hagen of Henning; children: Kristie (Kirk) Nosbish of Sartell; Andrew (Dana Christensen) Hagen of Henning; and Elizabeth Hagen of Henning; siblings: Darlene (Donnie) Masters of Hanover, MN; Dwayne Hagen of Columbia Falls, MT; Joan Hagen of Belle Fouche, SD; Pete (Virginia) Hagen of Henning; and Pat Hagen of Henning; Seven Grandchildren: Aidan Fuchs of Sartell, MN; Soren Fuchs of River Falls, WI; Chloe Hagen of Henning; Randy Leehy of Bertha, MN; Conner Hagen of Henning; and Faith and Samuel Leehy of Bertha, MN, and many more loved ones.
