Arlee Dailey

Arlee J. Dailey was born on February 9, 1948 in Staples, Minnesota to the late Frank and Dorothy (Haman) Pavlacky.  Arlee graduated from the Staples High School with the class of 1966.  On February 11, 1967 Arlee was united in marriage with Russell Lee Dailey Sr. on February in Oylen, Minnesota.  Their marriage was blessed with four children.  Arlee and Russell made their home in Oylen where they farmed and milked dairy cows for 42 years.  Arlee was employed with Sandy Beach Resort on Gull Lake from 2005-2011.

On March 31, 2009 Russell passed away.  Since November of 2011 Arlee has made her home in Wadena where she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their events. She enjoyed all Minnesota Sports, reading, crossword puzzles and visiting a casino every now and again.  Arlee was an amazing wife and mother, she loved all with unconditional love. 

On January 15, 2019 Arlee passed away surrounded by her loving family at St. Cloud Hospital at 70 years of age.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  Preceding Arlee in death were her parents, Frank and Dorothy; husband, Russell Sr.; siblings: Marlo, Howard, Donald and Larry.

Arlee is survived by her children: Russell Jr. “Tuff” (Missy) Dailey of Wadena; Wade Dailey of Sebeka; Jamey Harrison of Wadena; Preston (Lacey) Dailey of Wadena; 6 grandchildren;1 great-grandchild; siblings: Dick (Geri) Pavlacky of Pilager; Malcolm “Shorty” (Joanne) Pavlacky of St. Cloud; Gerrie Elifritz of Princeton; many other relatives and a host of friends.
