Karvonen Funeral and Cremation Service is a 3rd generation family-owned funeral home located in beautiful lakes country in Central Minnesota, serving 3 locations: New York Mills, Henning and Wadena, Minnesota. All locations have K-12 schools and Clinics. With the area, comes lakes, rivers, golf, walking trails and plenty of community activities.

We pride ourselves in professional service, personal care, and treating the families we serve like they are our own. With our on-site crematory, "YOUR LOVED ONE NEVER LEAVES OUR CARE". 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

We have the opportunity for a full-time Minnesota licensed funeral director or eligible intern/clinical student to join our team.

You must be able to perform all aspects of the business: transfers, embalming, at-need arrangements, after care and pre-need arrangements.

Normal office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with On-Call rotations. Part time funeral director also considered.
